Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

At BTPGIR, we aim to deliver high-quality handyman and property maintenance services. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer traditional returns. However, we are committed to resolving any issues fairly and professionally.

 

Refund Eligibility


Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:


  • The agreed service was not delivered
  • The work completed does not meet reasonable professional standards
  • A service was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period



All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Non-Refundable Situations


We do not offer refunds in the following cases:


  • Change of mind after work has started or been completed
  • Issues caused by pre-existing faults not identified before work began
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. access issues, third parties)


Service Guarantee


If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of job completion. We will aim to:


  • Inspect the issue
  • Provide a fix where appropriate
  • Resolve the matter promptly



Cancellations



  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee
  • Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable
