These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by BTPGIR. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Services Provided

 

BTPGIR offers handyman and property maintenance services, including but not limited to:


  • General repairs
  • Furniture assembly
  • Plumbing work
  • Minor electrical work
  • Painting and decorating
  • Property maintenance




Quotes & Pricing



  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided
  • Final costs may vary depending on the scope of work
  • Any additional work will be discussed and agreed before proceeding




Payments



  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise
  • We reserve the right to request deposits for larger jobs
  • Late payments may result in additional charges



Customer Responsibilities



Customers must:


  • Provide accurate information about the job
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
  • Inform us of any known issues that may affect the work



Cancellations & Rescheduling



  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances



Liability



  • We take reasonable care when carrying out all work
  • We are not liable for pre-existing issues or hidden faults
  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided



Warranty



  • We offer a workmanship guarantee on completed work
  • This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or external damage



Right to Refuse Service


We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:


  • The environment is unsafe
  • The scope of work changes significantly without agreement
  • There is inappropriate or abusive behaviour



Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
