3. Quotes & Estimates

 

 

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If additional issues are found during the job, the quote may be revised. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

 

 

4. Bookings & Cancellations

 

 

Appointments must be confirmed before work begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a charge.

BTPGIR reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

5. Deposits & Payments

 

 

For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to secure materials or labour. Deposits become non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless stated otherwise.

 

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

 

 

Customers must ensure safe access to the property and disclose all known issues to avoid delays. BTPGIR is not responsible for problems arising from undisclosed or hidden faults.

 

 

7. Materials & Warranty

 

 

Materials used are new unless agreed otherwise. Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant. BTPGIR guarantees workmanship for a reasonable period, excluding damage caused by misuse or third parties.

 

 

8. Liability

 

 

BTPGIR is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages. We are only responsible for work carried out directly by our team. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of job completion.
