Refund Policy

BTPGIR Refund Policy

 

 

At BTPGIR, we aim to deliver high-quality property maintenance and handyman services. If you are unhappy with any part of the work, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

 

 

Refund Eligibility

 

 

Refunds may be issued if:

 

  • The service was not completed as agreed in the original quote.

  • Work was carried out incorrectly and cannot be reasonably rectified.

  • A cancellation is made 24 hours before the appointment.

 

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

Refunds will not apply if:

 

  • Work has been completed to the agreed specification.

  • Issues arise from pre-existing faults not visible during the initial inspection.

  • The customer fails to provide access at the scheduled time.

  • Materials bought for the job cannot be returned.

 

 

 

Rectification First

 

 

We will always offer:

 

  • A free revisit to correct issues, or

  • A partial refund if only part of the work is affected.

 

 

 

Deposits

 

 

Deposits for larger jobs (materials or labour) are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days once approved.
